To join our Aviation team we are looking for a **Duty Manager Aviation** at **Brussels Airport**.
**Function**:
As a Duty Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of all processes in order to achieve the quality and profitability requirements.
- You have to approach the processes from an analytical point of view at all times with the aim of:
- Ensuring that the required quality is delivered within the predefined time;
- Continuously improving the processes;
- Ensuring that the procedures are used correctly;
- You are responsible for the organization of the logistic supplies.
- You coach, enthuse and inspire the team (+35 persons). In addition, you stimulate personal development and actively contribute to a training program.
- As a Duty Manager, you are critical of your own and other work and check that everything is in order within the predefined conditions. Accountability may be required.
**Profile**:
- You have good verbal language skills in NL/FR/ENG.
- Knowledge and experience in the airport sector is a plus.
- You have experience with the MS Office.
- All the conditions must be met to obtain a badge issued by Brussels Airport Company.
- The Duty Manager is in possession of an (airport) driving license.
- You have (3 years) experience in leading, organizing & coordinating a larger team.
- You are an initiator and do not shy away from challenges.
- As a Duty Manager, you are characterized above all by your ability to work in a team and to work in a team.
- As a Duty Manager, you work independently within the policy lines and bear responsibility for your powers and decisions.
- You communicate clearly and transparently.
- As Duty Manager, you are characterized above all by: a sense for administrative work, punctuality, integrity, impartiality, reliability, loyalty, flexibility (evening/weekend work) and stress-resistance.
