Je staat in voor de opvolging van de verschillende duurzaamheidsprojecten en helpt mee om de ESG strategie van Belfius vorm te geven. Door jouw enthousiasme, overtuiging en begrip van de duurzaamheidsuitdagingen, ben je samen met het ESG team de drijvende kracht achter de duurzaamheidsstrategie en -aanpak van Belfius en zet je je 100% in om de overgang naar duurzaamheid voor de Belgische samenleving te versnellen.

De job in een notendop
- Je speelt een ondersteunende rol bij het uitwerken van de duurzaamheidsstrategie van Belfius en stemt deze, in nauw overleg met de business lines, af op de algemene bedrijfsstrategie. Je vertaalt deze ESG-strategie in een KPI-dashboard, dat je in overleg met de business lines opstelt en op regelmatige basis monitort om de voortgang in uitvoering te communiceren naar management en Raad van Bestuur.
- Je houdt het overzicht over de verschillende Sustainability gerelateerde projecten. Daarnaast blijf je dankzij regelmatige uitwisselingen met het ESG risk competence center op de hoogte van de ECB-vereisten inzake klimaat
- en milieurisico's om deze te integreren in de duurzaamheidsstrategie van Belfius.
- Je beantwoordt vragen van verschillende stakeholders (analisten, investeerders, pers, ngo's, klanten, politieke partijen...) door talking points en diepgaande analyses voor te bereiden.
- Je coördineert het jaarlijkse proces van duurzaamheidsreporting (NFRD, CSRD) en bent de tussenpersoon voor alle business lines en betrokken stakeholders. Je hebt de leiding over dit volledige rapporteringsproces en ziet toe op de uiteindelijke oplevering van de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve input (algemene "hoofdredacteur"). Je schrijft ook zelf sommige delen van het rapport.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van een communicatieroadmap die mee ons duurzaamheidsverhaal op de kaart zet, zowel extern als intern.
- Op basis van je ervaring help je een opleidingsprogramma rond duurzaamheid opstellen voor de verschillende stakeholders bij Belfius. Dit kan bestaan uit basisopleidingen, e-learnings of webinars over gespecialiseerde onderwerpen.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- Een diploma Master in duurzame ontwikkeling, economie, bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in ; project-/programmanagement en bij voorkeur een aantal jaren ervaring op het gebied van duurzaamheid ;
- Affiniteit met de nieuwste evoluties en inzichten op het vlak van duurzaamheid, met een sterke focus op duurzame financiering in de breedste zin van het woord ;
- Een kritische blik, sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed synthetisch vermogen ;
- Het vermogen om een grote hoeveelheid informatie te assimileren en effectief te vertalen in duidelijke aanbevelingen voor ons management.
- Goede communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden, in staat om ideeën duidelijk en zelfverzekerd over te brengen, problemen te verwoorden en oplossingen aan te bevelen.
- Stressbestendigheid.

Je scoort extra met:

- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans) en een goede kennis van Engels ;
- Een ongebreideld enthousiasme en vastberadenheid om een positieve impact te realiseren.
