Klaar om onze nieuwe Performance Manager te worden? Dat is goed nieuws want wij kunnen jou gebruiken. Jouw rol zal de volgende zijn:
- Je identificeert performance indicatoren (operationele, strategische en transversale), je meet en analyseert deze indicatoren, je stelt de indicatoren voor in gevisualiseerde dashboards, je contextualiseertde indicatoren en je stelt mogelijke verbeterpunten voor. Je presenteert je inzichten helder aan het management;
- Je doet voorstellen rond hoe het performance management voor de FOD Financiën beter kan. Je bedenkt nieuwe concepten en integreert deze, samen met je collega’s, in het methodologische kader performance management van de FOD Financiën;
- Je adviseert en coacht performance managers van de andere diensten van de FOD Financiën, de algemene administraties en stafdiensten;
- Je organiseert, samen met je collega’s, opleidingen, sensibilisatiesessies, presentaties en workshops over performancemanagement;
- Je organiseert, samen met je collega’s, netwerkvergaderingen met de performance managers van de ganse FOD Financiën.
- Je stelt tools (dashboards) voor het opvolgen van indicatoren ter beschikking.
Heb je een “Can-Do” mentaliteit en kan je analytisch en conceptueel werken? In complexe data duiken? Verschillende topics in een bredere context plaatsen? Om jouw taken uit te voeren, kan je natuurlijk ook beroep doen op de expertise van collega’s of methoden en tools die hierrond intern ontwikkeld werden. Je staat er niet alleen voor, dat is zeker.

Als Performance manager kom je terecht bij het expertisecentrum Beheerscontrole dat deel uitmaakt van de Afdeling Strategische Organisatiebeheersing.
De Afdeling Strategische Organisatiebeheersing maakt deel uit van de Stafdienst Begroting en Beheerscontrole (B&B).
De Afdeling Strategische Organisatiebeheersing bestaat uit:
- Expertisecentrum Organisatiebeheersing
- Expertisecentrum Business Process Management (BPM) & Lean
- Expertisecentrum Beheerscontrole (Performance management)
- ExpertisecentrumRisicobeheer
- Expertisecentrum Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Als federale overheid moet de FOD Financiën zorgvuldig omgaan met de middelen en goed bestuur waarborgen. Als performance manager help jij daarbij mee. Het is immers jou taak om de prestaties mee op te volgen en verbeteringen te formuleren.
Hoe meten we die prestaties ? Hoe bepalen we onze indicatoren? Hoe verbeteren we ons performance management? Hoe visualiseren we de dashboards ?Hoe maken we ons performance management meer fact-based en datagedreven?
Elke algemene administratie en stafdienst binnen de FOD Financiën heeft een team beheerscontrole(performance management) die ondersteuning biedt inzake performance management voor die entiteit.Het expertisecentrum Beheerscontrole van de Afdeling Strategische Organisatiebeheersing coördineert de toepassing van performance management op niveau van FOD Financiën.
De Stafdienst Begroting en Beheerscontrole ondersteunt de FOD bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van de begroting, de beheerscontrole en de coördinatie van de organisatiebeheersing. Hij biedt financieel advies, budgettaire expertise, richtlijnen en administratieve ondersteuning. Hij is ook belast met de uitvoering van de overheidsopdrachten betreffende aankopen voor de hele FOD Financiën en voor andere federale overheidsdiensten. Daarnaast is hij verantwoordelijk voor het facilitair beheer bij de FOD Financiën. In dit opzicht beheert hij de gebouwen, die door de FOD Financiën worden gebruikt, en zorgt hij voor een comfortabele en veilige werkomgeving voor de ambtenaren en de bezoekers van onze FOD; hij voorziet in de nodige logistieke infrastructuur en werkmiddelen zoals het meubilair, de kantoorbenodigdheden en het wagenpark.
De **FOD Financiën **beheert de middelen om aan de collectieve noden van onze samenleving te voldoen. Dat wil zeggen: dankzij ons werk kunnen mensen erop vertrouwen dat belastingen, rechten en taksen op een correcte en rechtvaardige manier worden geïnd. Bovendien zorgen we ervoor dat middelen efficiënt worden verdeeld om dat te realiseren waarvan iedereen in onze samenleving gebruik maakt: infrastructuur, sociale voorzieningen e.d. Werken bij de FOD Financiën levert dus een maatschappelijke meerwaarde op.
