De organisatie hanteert een cultuur waarin zowel mensen als prestaties van belang zijn, en hecht groot belang aan persoonlijke ontwikkeling, diversiteit en inclusie. Ter uitbreiding van het team in België zijn wij van Hays Bank & Verzekeringen momenteel voor hen op zoek naar een ervaren **Business Development Manager Insurance (fraudeverzekering)**.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Business Development Manager is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om nieuwe business te realiseren door klanten aan te werven via een directe verkoopaanpak. Je zal leads genereren via je eigen (sociale) netwerk en werkt ook aan leads gegenereerd door telemarketing, vervolgens zet je deze om in offertes en contracten. Je bent in staat om prospects te overtuigen in een onderhandeling en zet zakelijke kansen om in winstgevende langetermijnrelaties. Verder volg je nieuwe evoluties in de markt van Fraude Insurance en doe je voorstellen voor productinnovatie om de markt in verschillende segmenten te volgen.

- Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma
- Ervaren sales professional in de verzekeringssector
- Kennis van verkoopsonderhandelingen
- Ervaring en kennis van Financial Lines verzekeringen is een pluspunt
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, Engels en Frans
- Sterk communicatief en overtuigend, proactief, nauwkeurig, probleemoplossend & teamplayer
