**What will be your responsibility?**
As CIO for the retained IT organization of Allianz Benelux Shape and implement It Strategy.
You ensure your plan enables the continuity and the growth of our business.
Strengthen Business / IT collaboration to capture key and design/deliver/maintain high performing and resilient IT Solutions supporting broker/customer journeys and internal user needs.
Align with group and AZ Technology to exploit group synergies.
Exploit new technologies to innovate together with data office, market management, etc
Ensure the development of the talents in the team.
**Are you in for the following challenge?**
Shape and deliver IT landscapes and IT Transformation roadmap balancing alignment with group platforms and local needs.
Continuously adapt to the fast evolution of technology and digitalization.
Ensure compliance with IT Security and group standards.
**What do you bring?**
You have at least 5 to 10 years’ experience an a similar role as CIO.
You have a track record in shaping an IT Strategy
You are experienced in defining and transforming an IT landscape
You are experienced in managing and migrating IT Related Risk and Security
Experience in monitoring/controlling the IT budget and cost
You are an experienced people manager who leads by example.
