**Dit is jouw topjob**:
De ambitie van AG is glashelder: een _Great Place to Grow_ zijn voor al onze medewerkers. De** CHRSO-afdeling**, die bestaat uit HR, Strategic Marketing, Facility en Sustainability Office, is een dynamische afdeling met meer dan 200 medewerkers. In deze uitdagende maar familiale context krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan verschillende strategische projecten van AG.

Als HR Trainee draag je bij tot de verwezenlijking van de ambitie van AG op het vlak van human resources: een Great Place to Grow for All uitbouwen.

**Als HR Trainee werk je mee aan verschillende strategische projecten en/of ontdek je een aantal rollen binnen CHRSO. Hieronder vind je een greep uit ons aanbod. De keuze maken we samen en in functie van de lopende projecten en business as usual.**
- Great Place: je werkt mee aan projecten die bijdragen aan een topwerkomgeving (Change tracks in het kader van de new way of working, Employee engagement surveys en actieplannen, businessplannen linken aan People ambitie)
- To Grow: samen met je collega’s van de HR-afdeling help je de peoplemanagers en medewerkers om te groeien en bouw je mee aan een feedbackcultuur en de lerende organisatie. Je kan in je traject support bieden aan de HR business partners, Career Partners of het Learning & Development team.
- For ALL: ook diversiteit, gelijkheid en inclusie staan hoog op de agenda van AG. De kans is dus groot dat je in één van je activiteiten als trainee ook meewerkt aan een initiatief dat hiertoe bijdraagt.
- Talent Acquisition: We zoeken dit jaar 360 nieuwe collega’s bij AG. Het spreekt dus voor zich dat er heel wat uitdagingen zijn en boeiende zaken worden ondernomen in het team van Talent Acquisition.
- Corporate Marketing, Sponsoring & Communication: meehelpen met het uitzetten van bepaalde marketingactiviteiten, meedraaien in het communicatieteam en tal van andere opties kan je ontdekken wanneer je in dit departement werkt.
- Sustainability Office: bij AG vinden we het ontzettend belangrijk ons in te zetten als duurzaam bedrijf, mocht je je traject in dit team doorbrengen, kijk je samen met dit team hoe we alle CSR-initiatieven nog verder kunnen uitbouwen, samen met de businesslines.

Je ervaring?
- Je bent net afgestudeerd en hebt een masterdiploma op zak.
- Je hebt een analytische geest, je verwerkt vlot gegevens en ontdekt trends.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig en efficiënt, digitale samenwerkingstools hebben voor jou geen geheimen.
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.

Praktisch: Naast een omgeving waarin je je volop kan ontplooien maar ook amuseren met toffe collega’s, krijg je ook een contract van onbepaalde duur. De maximumduurtijd van je traineeship is anderhalf jaar. Binnen die periode krijg je kansen om te proeven van een aantal projecten of rollen die we samen met jou bepalen met als doel een toffe job te vinden in het bedrijf. Je wordt begeleid door een mentor, coach en kan genieten van een uitgebreid opleidingsaanbod.
