As a Claims Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the claims department in handling claims in the matter of Property & Liability.
You will work closely with a team of experienced claims managers to handle client claims quickly and efficiently.
**Description**
- You will provide support to a team of experienced claims managers in handling claims;
- You record & document all claims;
- You communicate with clients, brokers and experts on the progress of claims;
- You work with various departments within the company to optimize the handling of claims;
- You manage the process from start to finish and ensure timely and accurate settlement of claims.

**Profile**
- You have experience in administration, preferably within insurance. Experience as a claims administrator is a plus;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a fluent knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a plus;
- You have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
- You have excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- You are able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- You can work fluently with Word & Excel.
