**Your role & work environment****:
Develop, pitch, and execute derivatives solutions in different asset classes in order to equip the Financial Institution Sales Force and expand the “non flow” business across Europe, Asia and Americas

Financial Markets. Client Solutions Group, consists of a set of product specialised experts, based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Amsterdam, Brussels and London.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Developing, pitching, and executing institutional derivatives solutions.

Building on ING FM strengths and niches (e.g. LT secured Lending ; Interest Rates Derivatives with non perfect CSA counterparties ; B/S and XVA optimization trades; Callable bonds; Bond repacks and bespoke solutions)
- Go to person for New Issue Interest Rates Swaps Pricings including covered bond and securitization swaps
- Centralize knowledge & regulation. Centralize client’s needs across locations. Proactive role in the constructive feedback loop, aiming to continuously improve ING’s tools, methods and way-of-working

As a CSG FI Sales you will also need:
State the minimum qualifications and competences required to successfully perform the job.
- A university degree in business economics, and/or CFA or equivalent academic background.
- 3-5 years experience in Financial Markets with a good knowledge of interest rate derivatives, solution-oriented approach.
- Perfect command of English; being fluent in French and/or Dutch is considered a plus
- Mix of commercial and analytical skills;
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work on various transactions/projects at the same time, often under pressure, and to prioritize resources accordingly;
- Entrepreneurial, hands on and can do attitude ;
