**De FANC-medewerkers zorgen voor een effectieve bescherming van de bevolking, werknemers en het leefmilieu tegen de risico’s van ioniserende straling.**

Sinds 2001 is het FANC een organisatie van openbaar nut (categorie C) onder toezicht van de minister van Binnenlandse Zaken. Deze status geeft haar een grote **onafhankelijkheid**, die essentieel is voor de **onpartijdige** **uitoefening** van haar verantwoordelijkheid tegenover de samenleving.

Het FANC inspecteert:

- **2 kerncentrales **met samen 7 reactoren waarvan 5 operationeel;
- enkele duizenden** medische, industriële en onderzoeksfaciliteiten;**:

- **40.000 transporten van radioactief **of nucleair materiaal per jaar.

Het is betrokken bij een **brede waaier van activiteiten**, waaronder:

- Monitoring van natuurlijke en kunstmatige radioactiviteit in ons land;
- De veiligheid van het beheer, ook op lange termijn, van radioactief afval;
- Het vastleggen van de reglementering en van de basisnormen voor stralingsbescherming;
- Nucleaire beveiliging;
- Internationale kennisuitwisseling, op bilateraal, Europees en mondiaal niveau.

**Functie**:
Ons dynamisch en enthousiast communicatieteam, dat instaat voor zowel externe als interne communicatie, is op zoek naar een tweetalig expert digitale communicatie met een specifieke affiniteit voor audiovisuele communicatie, grafische creativiteit en kennis van websitemanagement.

Bij deze functie komt heel wat kijken. Je taken zullen er onder meer uit bestaan:

- Je identificeert digitale communicatieacties op basis van de specifieke doelgroep om interne en externe belanghebbenden te informeren en te betrekken en voert deze uit;
- Je dynamiseert de socialmediakanalen van de organisatie samen met de andere leden van het team;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en activering van de digitale gemeenschap voor de organisatie;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, bijwerken en verbeteren van de website en het intranet;
- Je vertaalt de activiteiten van de organisatie in wervende video’s en animaties en stuurt in dit kader het extern agentschap aan;
- Je creëert duidelijke en sprekende beelden die de technische onderwerpen waarop het FANC werkt begrijpbaar maken voor een ruim publiek;
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert nationale sensibiliseringscampagnes rond ioniserende straling en beheert de contacten hierrond met externe agentschappen en stakeholders;
- Je staat in voor het beheer en de coördinatie van de interne en externe evenementen van het FANC;
- Je bewaakt de grafische identiteit van het Agentschap in alle communicaties en ontwikkelt een beeldbank met foto’s, video’s, animaties, pictogrammen;
- Kennis van overheidsopdrachten is een pluspunt
- Als onderdeel van deze functie neem je ook deel in de wachtrol communicatie van het FANC;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van het budget voor de projecten waar jij de lead in hebt.

**Profiel**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma richting communicatie of gelijkgesteld door ervaring;
- Je hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen van (audio)visuele en grafische communicatiemiddelen;
- Je bent dynamisch en denkt probleemoplossend;
- Je kan overweg met CMS-systemen voor websites;
- Je kan overweg met grafische programma’s (bv. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator);
- Je bent klantgericht en onderhoudt constructieve contacten;
- Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail;
- Het beheer van socialemediakanalen heb je in de vingers;
- Je volgt van nabij de evoluties in het digitale communicatielandschap;
- Je bent tweetalig en kan probleemloos werken in een gemengde FR/NL-omgeving en een basiskennis van het Engels;
- Je kan werken met databases en beheerst de MS Office 365-tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
