**Jouw uitdagingen**
- Binnen deze functie zet je mee de lijnen uit van het **B.I.G. HSE beleid** en werk je mee aan de implementatie van het HSE 5-jaren plan dat werd uitgerold in alle sites wereldwijd.
- In deze rol krijg je de **verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid** om het HSE beleid voor jouw site vorm te geven samen met het lokale operationele team. Je rapporteert aan de plant manager.
- In overleg met de lokale verantwoordelijken ontwikkel en coördineer je de **lokale HSE verbeterprogramma's**, in lijn met het B.I.G. beleid en doelstellingen en de locatiespecifieke wettelijke eisen en risico's.
- De collega’s die je omringen op site zijn allemaal heel **hands-on en willen vooruit**. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve & vooruitstrevende omgeving waar de enige weg samen vooruit is.
- Je bent vaak op de werklvloer aanwezig en **biedt ondersteuning en begeleiding** aan de verschillende partijen op de locatie voor het bereiken van HSE doelen en naleving van wet
- en regelgeving.
- Er is een sterke focus op HS**E leiderschap en veiligheidsgedrag** waarbij je mag rekenen op de ondersteuning van het volledige management.
- Je maakt deel uit van een **internationaal team** van HSE collega’s en **werkt nauw samen **met hen.
- In deze rol werk je ook actief mee, over alle sites heen, aan het **groepsveiligheidsbeleid **en programma’s zoals het verbeteren van HS**E leadership & engagement.**:

- Er wordt sterk ingezet op **duurzaamheid & innovatie**. Hierbij word jij & je team nauw betrokken in de reeds lopende investeringsprojecten.

**Jouw talenten**
- Masterprofiel met attest van preventieadviseur niv. 1 of niveau 2, maar bereid om bij te evolueren naar niveau 1
- In bezit van attest milieucoördinator A of B.
- Je beschikt minstens over een 5-tal jaar ervaring in HSE binnen een industriële omgeving
- Ervaring met zorgsystemen zoals o.a. ISO 14001, 45001 is een pluspunt

- Je bent vertrouwd met een complexe en internationale werkomgeving en in staat om vanuit een ondersteunende rol zelfstandig te werken en voorstellen te doen.
- Als pragmatische teamspeler weet je jezelf te managen in een actie-gedreven omgeving waar prioriteiten en deadlines vanzelfsprekend zijn.
- Met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden weet je een coherente visie te brengen en mensen positief te beïnvloeden en te engageren.
- Enthousiaste motiverende ambassadeur & initiatiefnemer om veiligheid op de agenda te zetten.
- Je weet je uitstekend uit te drukken in het Frans en het Nederlands, en hebt voldoende kennis van het Engels.
