**About Our Client**:
Our client is an autonomous public company in charge of the safety of air traffic in the civil airspace for which the Belgian State is responsible.
As Human Resource Officer, your tasks are diveded in three categories:
**Manage all internal personnel-related administrative processes**:
- Collecting, completing and processing personnel data;
- Monitoring and controlling data in the context of data hygiene;
- Performing or requesting simulation calculations for staff members;
- Establish internal and external contacts;
- Ensuring a transparent flow of information for optimal cooperation within the department and with other departments;
- Actively participate in internal discussions;
**Provide qualitative first-line HR support via the activities of an HR Contact Centre. This means among other things**:
- Informing and advising staff members;
- Answering standard questions from staff members;
- Passing on questions that need to be dealt with by other departments;
- Recording, tracking and documenting all questions received, processed and dispatched;
- Write and update HR related FAQs;
**Assist the HR Business Partner and other colleagues within the HR department**:
- Performing analyses and reports, and passing on the necessary information;
- Reporting problems and proposing solutions;
- Following legislation and new developments, and providing information and advice on these matters.
- You will actively participate, based on your expertise, in various HR projects within the department.
**The Successful Applicant**:
**What makes you the perfect Human Ressource Officer?**
- You have a bachelor's or a master's degree;
- You have at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR administration/social law;
- You excel in administration and you have thorough knowledge of social law;
- You are able to communicate fluently and clearly, both orally and in writing, in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is a plus;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office;
- You are assertive and communicative and are able to engage in a dialogue with in-company and external contacts;
- You smoothly adapt to an evolving context;
- You are a team player.
