**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new buying partners for Microsoft CSP.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with these partners to drive growth and retention.
- Utilize Microsoft tools and the Arrowsphere platform to provide partners with innovative solutions and added value.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for partners.
- Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential partners.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Microsoft CSP developments to ensure competitive advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good command of Dutch and French
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partner management, preferably within the IT or cloud services industry.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft CSP and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
