**Jouw plek bij VMA**:
Bij VMA Maintenance zijn we gespecialiseerd in het beheer en onderhoud van al de multitechnische installaties (Verwarming, koeling, ventilatie, elektriciteit, brandbeveiliging,) en services in een gebouw.
Als Contract manager ben je de centrale contactpersoon van een cluster klanten met een onderhoudscontract; Je verantwoordelijkheid behelst de keuze en rentabiliteit van de ingezette middelen zodat een kwalitatieve dienstverlening op elk moment wordt verzekerd aan je portefeuille klanten. Een gedreven Contract Manager die in staat is om zijn team steeds te motiveren om het beste van zichzelf te geven.
- Beheren van een klantenportefeuille ( Financiële verantwoordelijkheid (P&L) en budgetbewaking)
- Opvolgen en voltooien van het beëindigen, verlengen of hernieuwen van een contract, naar gelang van het geval
- Een vertrouwensrelatie met klanten opbouwen en onderhouden.
- Teambeheer
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Je behaalde een diploma Bachelor
- of masterdiploma elektromechanica/klimatisatie/industrieel ingenieur voorleggen of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Specialist in de verschillende technische domeinen (HVAC: verwarming, koeling, ventilatie, elektriciteit ).
- **2 jaar ervaring** in een vergelijkbare functie
- Een werkervaring van **5 jaar in een technische omgeving **voorleggen (**bij voorkeur in onderhoud**).
- Je hebt een brede technische kennis en blijft graag helemaal bij wat betreft nieuwe technologieën.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en efficiënt en met respect voor deadlines. Je kan vlot met Word, Excel en PowerPoint overweg.
- Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot **Nederlands en Frans.**:
- Vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken
