Project Contract Manager - Pipelines.
DOEL VAN DE FUNCTIE:
Binnen de projectorganisatie tot realisatie van leidingbouwprojecten dienen de specifieke aannemingscontracten opgevolgd te worden.
Als bijstand aan de Projectdirectie/Projectleiding voorziet deze functie het nauwlettend opvolgen van de bepalingen en randvoorwaarden van het aannemingscontract en bij uitbreiding de hieraan gerelateerde contracten conform de wettelijke eisen, kwaliteitsprincipes, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid, en dit alles rekening houdend met de budgettaire overwegingen.
FUNCTIE:
- Je volgt verschillende aannemingscontracten op van de begin
- tot de eindfase van de verschillende nieuwbouwprojecten van de transportinfrastructuur (pijpleidingen).
- Voor deze verschillende projecten ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- De opvolging van de budgetten en de planning;
- Het tijdig beschikbaar hebben van de bestellingen en contracten;
- Het correct laten toepassen van de verschillende administratieve en commerciële clausules van deze contracten.
- Je doet dit in nauw overleg met de Projectdirectie/Projectleiding en in samenspraak met de verschillende interne en externe partijen.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Projectdirectie/Projectleider, neemt deel aan de wervergaderingen (i.h.b. het administratief en contractueel luik) en verzorgt de verslaggeving ervan. Je organiseert de volledige projectrapportering voor de verschillende doeleinden, m.n. steerings, budgetrooms, presentaties voor interne of externe doelen,...
PROFIEL:
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (Industriële wetenschappen, handelswetenschappen, bedrijfsbeheer, rechten,...) liefst met een 5-tal jaren ervaring in een projectomgeving.
- Je bent georganiseerd, flexibel en proactief; Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en weet anderen te motiveren.
- Je houdt van samenwerken, coördineren, onderhandelen en problemen oplossen.
- Je kunt out-of-the-box denken en nieuwe oplossingen bedenken.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent bereid vaak verplaatsingen te doen in België. Je hebt een rijbewijs B.

Project Contract Manager - Pipelines.
OBJECTIF DU FONCTION:
Dans le cadre de l'organisation du projet pour la réalisation des projets de construction de pipelines, les contrats de travaux spécifiques doivent être suivis.
En tant qu'assistant du comité de projet/de la direction du projet, ce poste permet de suivre de près les dispositions et les conditions préalables du contrat de construction et, par extension, des contrats connexes, conformément aux exigences légales, aux principes de qualité, à la fiabilité et à la sécurité, tout en tenant compte des considérations budgétaires.
FONCTION:
- Vous assurez le suivi de divers contrats de construction, de la phase initiale à la phase finale de divers nouveaux projets de construction de notre infrastructure de transport (pipelines).
- Pour ces différents projets, vous serez responsable:
- Du suivi des budgets et du planning;
- De la mise à disposition des commandes et des contrats dans les délais impartis;
- De faire appliquer correctement les différentes clauses administratives et commerciales de ces contrats.
- Vous le faites en étroite concertation avec le Project Board/Project Management et en concertation avec les différentes parties internes et externes.
- Vous rapportez directement au Project Board/Project Manager, participez aux réunions de chantier (notamment la partie administrative et contractuelle) et en assurez le reporting. Vous organisez le reporting complet du projet à des fins diverses, c'est-à-dire les steerings, les salles de budget, les présentations à des fins internes ou externes, etc.
PROFIL:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master (sciences industrielles, sciences commerciales, gestion d'entreprise, droit,...) et avez de préférence 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de projet.
- Vous êtes organisé, flexible et proactif ; Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et savez motiver les autres.
- Vous aimez travailler ensemble, coordonner, négocier et résoudre des problèmes.
- Vous êtes capable de sortir des sentiers battus et de trouver de nouvelles solutions.
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais.
- Vous êtes disposé à vous déplacer fréquemment en Belgique.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire B.
