Als **IT Technician **werk je als Paradigm medewerker bij het **Gemeentebestuur Anderlecht** waar je deel uitmaakt van het interventieteam.
**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
Als IT Technician zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
- Je voert alle types van taken uit zoals installatie, configuratie en monitoring van het informatica materiaal, hun instellingen en programma’s,
- Je geeft een tweedelijns support aan gebruikers (ITIL-methode) en je verzekert een preventief en evolutief onderhoud van het materiaal,
- Je voert diagnoses uit en behandelt diverse types incidenten,
- Je implementeert, doet monitoring en neemt correctieve acties voor bepaalde diensten (Backup, Antivirus,),
- Je neemt deel aan de verbetering van de dienstkwaliteit (bv. Door regelmatig voorkomende problemen in het daglicht te stellen of door de documentatie up te daten),
- Je beheert bepaalde kanalen van de Active Directory en de mappenserver,
- Je neemt deel aan het beheer van de inventaris, de stock en de opvolging van bestellingen van materiaal,
- Je geeft support in het kader van IT-projecten.
**Je ervaring en competenties**:
- Je hebt minimum en opleiding IT Technician,
- Je beschikt over technische kennis van OS (Windows 10, 11 en eventueel Mac OS),
- Je hebt kennis over netwerken (LAN, WAN, DNS, enz.) en protocollen (TCP/IP, enz.),
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis in Administration en support van systemen zoals Microsoftserver 2016/2019, Active Directory en GPO.
- Je bent tweetalig NL/FR.
