Lead Creative / Art Director (Digital & Social Media Focus with Copywriting Skills)
**Location**: 87seconds, Tour & Taxis, Brussels, Belgium
We’re looking for a visionary Lead Creative / Art Director with a strong focus on digital and social media, capable of not only driving compelling visual storytelling but also contributing to copywriting efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work on a major retail brand, as well as contribute to other B2C and B2B accounts, crafting engaging content that resonates with Belgian audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization & Execution**: Lead the ideation, design, and execution of creative concepts for digital, social media, and CRM platforms.
**Copywriting**: Contribute to the development of creative and impactful messaging in collaboration with copywriters, ensuring brand voice consistency across all channels.
**Content Strategy**: Develop and oversee the production of visually engaging and culturally relevant content tailored for Belgian audiences.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to align visuals and copy with the strategic objectives of each campaign.
**Trend Awareness & AI Integration**: Stay ahead of industry trends and explore AI-powered tools to optimize the creative process.
**Multi-Account Management**: Collaborate on diverse projects across B2C and B2B sectors, adapting creative strategies to various client needs.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in digital art direction with a strong understanding of social media dynamics.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful messages.
A portfolio showcasing creative projects that demonstrate both visual and written storytelling expertise.
Excellent knowledge of Belgian market trends and cultural nuances.
Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and/or Dutch being a strong advantage.
Agile mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
