About the job
The Social & Influencer Manager is responsible for:
Social Media:
- Develop and implement cross-brand SoMe Strategy (Campaign-specific & Always-On)
- Lead quarterly brand-specific SoMe tactical plans: from brief to reporting
- Create and execute SoMe learning agenda
- SPOC for Danone BE social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tiktok, Teads, YouTube, Twitch & new emerging ones
- Lead digital retail media strategy & implementation on SoMe platforms (e.g. Liveramp partnership)
- In collaboration with brand teams & content creator co-own brand-specific content pillars & editorial calendar, ensuring cultural, contextual and platform fit
- Champion SoMe Content Effectiveness guidelines & Brilliant Basics
- Setting benchmarks & KPIs, measuring performance / ROI, continuous revision
- Crisis management SPOC (daily adh oc requests, quarterly business review & reporting)
- Owner of social listening and community management processes within Danone BE & towards our partners (global & agencies)
- Local tools & tech ownership, Global team leasing SPOC: Datorama, Redmill, Sprout Social, Wrike, Facebook Business Manager
- Codification of key cross-brand learnings
- Monitor, track, analyze and report performance KPIs on SoMe platforms using GA & META insights
- IAS performance champion: from set up to cross-brand reporting
- Continuous trends sharing & broader team upscaling.
Influencer marketing:
- Influencer Marketing strategy ownership & implementation
- Guardian of cross-brand ways of working, ensuring simplicity and efficiency in processes
- Agency relationship owner, contractual and negotiation SPOC (remuneration model, legal, FTE plan)
- Setting benchmarks & KPIs, performance / ROI measurement & cross-brand results sharing
- Leasing with Danone to ensure consistency of BE strategy vs global guidelines
- In-house expert for executional excellence, advisory role towards brand teams for implementation of influencer campaigns.
About you
- Prior relevant expertise in Social Media & Influencer Marketing (2-5 years)
- Ability to set the agenda and ensure plans are in-line with strategy & codified insights
- Driven by business impact; real partner for other Marketing teams
- External perspective, continuous learner, trends watcher
- Ability to find the balance between discipline and innovation
- Ability to extract maximum value from external partners and our global team
