**Digital Creative Manager**
As a Digital Creative Manager within our influencer marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in crafting impactful visual narratives that resonate with our clients' target audiences. You will be responsible for blending creativity, design, and storytelling to deliver compelling campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role demands acute attention to detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. By leading with your visionary spirit, you will inspire our team and captivate our clients, creating innovative campaigns that set the standard for creative excellence.
**Job Description**:
- Design and develop innovative, imaginative, and unconventional creative concepts that redefine influencer marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Be a constant source of inspiration.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey ideas in relatable and inspirational ways, sparking enthusiasm.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all creative assets.
- Develop compelling narratives aligned with campaign goals and effectively communicate the brand's message.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital content creation.
- Incorporate relevant trends and strategies into campaign concepts.
**Skills**:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in an agency.
- Proficiency in Dutch and French; English mandatory.
- Creativity.
- Copywriting.
- Presentation skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the influencer market.
