**Knowledge Group Manager - Data**:
Vos responsabilités:

- Vous encadrez une équipe d'environ 7 personnes dans le domaine des connaissances en données et assurez le suivi administratif des questions relatives au personnel, telles que les congés, les absences et les relevés de temps.
- Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie de l'analyse de données, de la gestion des données et des tendances dans ce domaine.
- Vous êtes l'interlocuteur/trice principal(e) pour vos collègues directs, les autres responsables et les parties prenantes externes concernant tous les projets dans le domaine des connaissances en données.
- Vous assurez un suivi et une planification efficaces des projets dans votre domaine, tout en encadrant les employés sur le plan du contenu et en respectant les budgets alloués.
- Vous échangez régulièrement avec d'autres responsables d'équipe et rendez compte au directeur du Centre de Connaissances.
- Vous favorisez l'innovation interne et mettez en oeuvre de nouvelles méthodes de travail.
- Vous accordez une grande importance à la satisfaction des clients, tant internes qu'externes.

Votre profil:
- Compétences en recherche (compétences analytiques, rapports, interprétation des données, méthodologie) et réseau étendu.
- De préférence, expérience dans la publication d'articles scientifiques.
- Flexibilité avec de bonnes compétences en gestion de projet et en planification.
- Solides compétences en leadership et en encadrement, esprit d'équipe.
- Orienté(e) commercial afin d’ attirer de nouveaux projets et partenaires ainsi que des financements externes.
- Communication efficace à différents niveaux.
- Maîtrise courante du néerlandais ou du français et excellente maîtrise de l'anglais.
