**Job Title**: Sales Leader Wallonia

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
Constantly build and improve relations with new and existing customers to position Philips as preferred supplier. As Sales Leader, you will manage the sales function in Wallonia in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues and ensure the right organization and structure is in.

**You are responsible for**
- Maximizing order intake, sales (including Service Contracts),margin and customer satisfaction (NPS) for all accounts within the district Belux, region Wallonia;
- Ensuring continuity of the relationship with customers and operating at multiple levels in the customers’ organization, but also facilitating the executive level interfaces between Philips and customers;
- Establishing key sales commercial and operations plans including processes and strategies for: distribution, contracting, business planning, sales comp., forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies: product prices and sales priorities, and responsible for price realization;
- Filling the sales funnel management tool and executing the systematic analysis of win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction;
- Coordinating all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and where necessary involving other stakeholders. Be a bridge builder between departments;
- Ensuring that quotations (offers to customers) are based on a solution / configuration compliant to specifications validated by the business. Make sure the offers are properly reviewed by operations for feasibility and accuracy prior to being issued;
- Ensuring any third party product included in the solution and not part of the catalogue, is properly validated against compatibility / compliance of specifications;
- Ensuring that right organization is in place to deliver on the sales objectives for the region Wallonia and you build capabilities in the organization;
- Leading, coaching, motivating the team and encouraging diversity.

**You are a part of**
Healthcare Benelux is a sales and service organization with roughly 400 employees, of which 135 active in the Philips BeLux organization. You will be part of the Health Systems Belux District, region Wallonia and report to the Health Systems Sales Leader Benelux.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Master or Bachelor degree;
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare with solid track record in sales and management of sales teams;
- Experience calling at all levels within hospitals, administration, nursing, biomedical engineering, purchasing / materials management, etc;
- Knowledge of the healthcare market in Belgium;
- Professional sales skills, experience, appearance and manner;
- Exemplary organizational skills, to manage multiple customer contacts and point of sales within each account;
- Experience in matrix organizations, and cross-functional experience;
- Solution/consultative sales;
- Customer oriented, must be skilled in closing orders, executive selling, communication, negotiations, relationship building, territory management, strategic selling, account management, articulation of corporate value proposition and appropriate competitive positioning;
- Strong communication
- and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal/networking skills;
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
