**Junior Business Analyst - Remote - Belgium**
**ASE Global is looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst** your main responsibility will be analysing the financial and operational figures of automotive dealerships. Each closing period, you will work on improving the data quality and assessing risks for our clients and their dealerships. You will be in direct contact with financial controllers, accountants and business owners to address issues and improve profitability. After all the figures have been assessed and checked, you will be in charge of the reporting process and monthly meetings to discuss trends and variances with our clients across the Benelux region.

**What your day will look like**:
- A challenging role with great responsibility working with automotive clients across the Benelux region
- A fast-paced and ever-changing environment, you will be able to take on greater responsibility once you are established in this position and ready for more
- You will start your new career with ASE with an initial training period, that will consist of training and development from industry specialist who are highly experienced in a mixture of at our office training in one of our offices and online
- After the initial period, you will be able to work from home in a remote role most of the time, with occasional travel across the Benelux region expected
- When you are working from home, you will always have the online and continual support of your highly experienced colleagues
- We will provide you with all the tools you need to do your job
- You will carry our general administrative duties
- Support and maintain good relationships with other colleagues across the business
- Work to deadlines and respond in a flexible way to the changing demands of the department and the business
**About you**:
- You are a very analytical person with a healthy dose of common sense
- Like working to strict deadlines, which are not an issue to meet and you know how to follow and understand procedures, once trained
- You have a good general understanding of both finance and accounting, and you will be able to check data as it comes directly from external and internal finance and accounting staff
- You will be in contact with a lot of different internal and external clients and will need strong social skills, which are on point, enabling you to ask challenging questions to gain the desired outcome
- The ability to work independently; after the initial training period, where you will have the opportunity to work from home most of the time, overseeing your diary and tasks and be able to stick to deadlines and manage your time highly effectively
- Working in a great work-life balance combination saving time by not having the daily commute across the Benelux traffic
- Bachelor's degree qualified as a minimum within either an Accounting, Finance or Business discipline
- Dynamic personality with a flexible working approach, both to work content and hours of working
- Ability to manage a diverse and demanding portfolio of activities
- Team worker, outgoing with a good sense of humour
- An excellent spoken manner with strong interpersonal skills at a range of operational levels
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a directive accurately in both Dutch and English languages essential with French being advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Sound IT skills in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both English and Dutch is essential, with French being advantageous
