**DE JOB**:
De afdeling Asset Management is verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de renovatie van het spoorwegnet op centraal niveau (centrale diensten) en op lokaal niveau per “arrondissements” (geografische gebieden). Na een opleiding in technieken voor het onderhoud en de vernieuwing van het spoor draagt u bij aan de activiteiten van de eenheid “Strategie voor de vernieuwing van het spoor”, een eenheid die is opgericht om de strategie voor de vernieuwing van het spoor vast te stellen.
Als technicus Strategie Spoorvernieuwing zijn uw verantwoordelijkheden als volgt:
- U neemt deel aan evaluaties met betrekking tot de vernieuwing van sporen, overwegen en wissels en legt regelmatig bezoeken af op het terrein.
- Je voert tests uit zoals lichtpenetrometrische onderzoeken en neemt stalen van ballast.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van je eigen bezoeken en beheert je planning zelfstandig.
- Je beheert de database die gekoppeld is aan de strategie voor het vernieuwen van de sporen. Dit omvat het coderen van de metingen die je tijdens je bezoeken hebt verzameld.
- Je verwerkt de gegevens en beelden van treinstellen, spoormeetmachines en spoorinrichtingen die je hebt verzameld met behulp van lasers en camera's op meettreinen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen die betrokken zijn bij het onderhoud van het spoor.
- Je werkt op regelmatige uren maar bent bereid om ook te werken in het weekend of tijdens de nacht.
**TOEGANGSVOORWAARDEN**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs 3e graad.
- Je hebt een rijbewijs cat B.
- Je woont bij voorkeur in Vlaanderen.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je houdt van de balans tussen veldwerk en gegevensanalyse op kantoor (50/50).
- Enkele jaren ervaring in een numerieke gegevensanalyse is een pluspunt.
- Enkele jaren ervaring in de spoorwegsector, meer bepaald in de spoorspecialisatie, is een pluspunt.
- Je bent vertrouwd met IT-tools, voornamelijk Excel, en werkt graag met nieuwe computerprogramma's.
- Je hebt uitstekende analytische vaardigheden.
- Je werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je bent nauwgezet en hecht veel belang aan nauwkeurig werk van hoge kwaliteit.
- Je bent dynamisch en zoekt proactief naar oplossingen.
- Je communiceert duidelijk en transparant.
