OBJECTIVE
You will play a crucial role in cross-site and multi-functional programs, aligning with the company's goals and objectives. As a key member of the project team, your focus will be on facilitating Change Management processes for the implementation of our Digital Roadmap, beginning with the deployment of a new ERP. Therefore, you will support the roll out of the new ERP processes and tools on all our current and future sites.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
**CHANGE IMPACTS**:
- Participate in evaluating and anticipating major changes through dedicated meetings.
- Identify and (co-)manage project gaps.
- Report significant blocking points to business line managers and participate in their analysis for arbitration.
- Follow up on business impacts and project consequences on processes, organization, and culture through Change Management Committees.
- Coordinate with all areas on necessary changes and evolutions, liaising with local HR.
**CHANGE MANAGEMENT**
- Manage and coordinate the various stages of the change process, ensuring that planned actions progress smoothly.
- Identify potential resistance to change and implement actions to overcome it
- Work closely with other departments and stakeholders involved in the change process
- Develop an effective communication strategy to inform employees about the objectives, benefits and reasons for the planned changes.
**TRAINING and MOBILIZATION**
- Ensure the mobilization of sites to be rolled out by interacting with local managers and HR.
- Prepare the rollout and assist local management with information and communication packs.
- Contribute to preparing communication and training actions with the project team.
- Develop training plans and consolidate training paths with other training initiatives.
- Ensure the translation of information packs into the local language where needed.
- Organize logistics for training sessions and actively participate in workshops, securing, verifying delivery, and guiding in the deployment.
**ORGANIZATION and WORKSPACE ENVIRONMENT**:
Collaborate with local HR:
- To update of organizational flow charts and job descriptions, incorporating evolutions and new roles.
- To identify people for recruitment, promotion, or reassignment as per the transformation plan.
- To adapt local workspaces when required.
**ANTICIPATION OF NEXT SCOPES ROLL OUT**
- Anticipate and prepare for the next site’s rollout (first actions 4 to 6 months before)
- Participate in assessment of further scope’s sites (focus assessments)
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented changes using relevant performance indicators
- Gather feedback from employees and analyze their level of satisfaction and support for the changes.
- Make adjustments where necessary to ensure the success of change initiatives.
SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE
- You have a university degree in human resources management, psychology, management or a related field, with specific training in change management.
- You must have at least 5 years' prior experience in managing successful change projects, preferably in similar organizational contexts.
- You are fluent in English. Dutch or French is a plus.
- You have a genuine ability to mobilize and influence teams and individuals to foster commitment to change, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You excel in project management, ensuring effective planning and organization. In an international setting, your people management skills shine, emphasizing leadership, teamwork, and effective communication.
- Your strength lies in capturing and synthesizing diverse perspectives. With strong interpersonal skills, you are results-driven, prioritizing both quality and meeting deadlines.
- You possess a motivated, flexible, and proactive attitude, coupled with a positive mindset, exhibiting energy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills in a constructive manner.
