Introduction:
**JOIN US SymphonyAI Industrial is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager for its Proceedix Connected Worker development team based in Belgium.**
**Job Description**:
**What will you do?**
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with presales product discussions, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the customer onboarding process. You will work closely with Client Managers and Project Managers to understand client requirements, analyze business needs, and configure workflows within the Proceedix platform.
Additionally, you will provide implementation support, conduct product training sessions, and collaborate with clients to customize solutions tailored to their specific needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strong communication skills to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Client Managers and Project Managers to analyze client requirements and design customized solutions.
- Participate in design sessions for the development of new functionality and customization of existing features.
- Conduct product demonstrations for both prospective and existing clients to showcase the capabilities of the Proceedix platform.
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical aspects, and industry-specific processes to effectively address customer needs.
- Customize product training materials for workshops tailored to customer and industry requirements.
- Address customer inquiries and provide timely support throughout the onboarding process.
- Work with management and clients to define product roadmap and milestones, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration.
- Strong affinity with implementation concepts and change management in an industrial environment.
- Experience with business process analysis and a keen understanding of industry verticals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proactive attitude towards sharing experiences and knowledge within the team.
- Adaptability to work in an international context and willingness to travel as needed.
