**What will you be doing?**:
As a Customer Success Manager at StriveCloud, you’ll play a central role in crafting success stories for our clients, focusing on our gamification software. You’ll closely collaborate with our team, attentively listening to our clients’ needs and translating them into actionable projects. From guiding them through onboarding to providing ongoing support, you’ll ensure their journey is seamless and rewarding. Your responsibilities extend to creating tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, leveraging our gamification expertise and product knowledge.
Moreover, you’ll have the chance to unleash your creativity, offering innovative solutions and ideas to cater to our clients’ needs. **Who are we looking for?**:
- You bring energy to the team and to other stakeholders.
- You excel in problem-solving with creativity and ingenuity.
- You understand software development and can manage project timelines effectively.
- You have exceptional listening skills, effectively translating customer needs into actionable tasks for developers.
- Experience with project management tools and familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) are part of your skill set.
- You are intrigued by startups and have an affection with gamification or gaming in general
- PLUS: affinity with games, CSS knowledge, Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence/..).
