As a Customer Success Manager at Vendorvue, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing the compliance experience for procurement teams. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring they get the most out of our platform.
You’ll tackle challenges in onboarding new customers, guiding them through our features, and addressing any concerns they may have. Your insights will help shape our customer engagement strategies and ensure that our clients achieve their desired outcomes with Vendorvue.

Tasks
- Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships with procurement teams by conducting check-ins and gathering feedback to identify their challenges and needs.
- Onboard New Customers: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our platform and feel confident using its features.
- Monitor Customer Health: Regularly assess client satisfaction and engagement levels, proactively addressing any concerns and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Drive Product Adoption: Develop and implement strategies that encourage clients to utilize all features of the Vendorvue platform, maximizing their value.
- Analyze Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to recommend product improvements and inform our customer engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Experience Matters: You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within a SaaS B2B environment. You don’t need to be a compliance expert, but you should have a knack for building strong client relationships.
- Understanding the Client: Familiarity with the challenges faced by procurement teams is a plus. Bonus points if you’ve worked directly with clients to enhance their experience Experience with tools like HubSpot and Intercom will help you manage client interactions effectively.
- Data Savvy: We believe in making data-driven decisions. You should be comfortable analyzing customer feedback and engagement metrics to drive improvements.
- Startup Vibes: If you’ve been in a startup or scale-up before, you’ll fit right in. We move fast and often need to adapt quickly to meet client needs.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to understand customer needs and advocate for their success, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and articulating solutions clearly.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key for us. We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also enjoyable to work with and values teamwork.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, along with at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, or German.
