Bij HRlinkIT zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Customer Success Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor onze Minggo klanten. Minggo is een product van HRlinkIT waarmee je in no-time apps, automations en portalen voor kandidaten en opdrachtgevers kan creëren. Als Customer Succes Manager volg je de bestaande klanten op en adviseer je hen over de verschillende Minggo producten en diensten.
**Wat moet je als customer success manager doen?**:
- Je onderhoudt relaties met klanten en verwerft inzicht in hun bedrijfsbehoeften en uitdagingen.
- Je identificeert kansen binnen je toegewezen klantenportefeuille en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de omzet in je eigen portfolio. Dit doe je door onder meer het organiseren van steerco meetings, één-op-één communicatie en het inzetten van klant campagnes gericht op up
- en cross sell.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten tevreden zijn met de producten en diensten die ze afnemen en dat ze de maximale waarde uit het product halen.
- Je houdt vinger aan de pols bij het verlengen van contracten en overtuigt bestaande klanten om hun contract voort te zetten.
- Je beheert escalaties door tijdige en effectieve oplossingen voor te stellen en werkt hiervoor indien nodig samen met het support team.
- Je ontwikkelt diepgaande kennis van het Minggo SaaS platform en blijft op de hoogte van productverbeteringen en -updates.
- Je maakt een strategisch accountplan op om de groei van de Minggo klanten en het bedrijf te stimuleren.
- Je maakt deel uit van het Customer Success team en rapporteert aan de Business & Operations Director.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma.
- Je hebt reeds een eerste relevante commerciële ervaring achter de rug in een B2B Saas omgeving.
- Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid, gedreven en beschikt over uitstekende communicatie skills.
- Je bent een teamplayer met sterk gevoel voor ownership.
- Je bent resultaatgericht met een bewezen staat van dienst op het gebied van omzetgroei en procesverbetering.
- Je hebt een neus voor zaken.
- Je voelt je volledig thuis in een hybride en dynamische werkomgeving.
- Je kan helder communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels. Bijkomende talen (Frans, Duits) zijn sterke troeven.
