With our in-house algorithms, we are one of the pioneers, worldwide, to have developed an algorithm that extracts not only heart rate and respiratory rate from a video, but also all kinds of stress-related parameters Intrigued? **Who are we looking for?**
As a **Customer Success Manager,** your main job is to build strong **relationships** with our clients. You'll help them get the most out of our products, ensuring they're happy and satisfied. Get customers started smoothly and ensure long-term partnerships You are not afraid to make decisions and want to grow within the team
As a key part of the **IntelliProve** team, you will**:
- Prevent any churn
- Guide the customers through the integration steps
- Learn from the customers and share feedback with the development team Continuous improvement is key
- Upselling and renewal of contracts is one of your targets
- Create documentation, slides, videos, etc. with the team to support the customer.
- Shape our customer success department right from the start. Bring up improvements and ideas
**Skills we are looking for**:
- Dutch and fully proficient in English
- Experience is a bonus (+1y)
- Extremely competitive, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy winning as a team
- Comfortable using CRM Tools (HubSpot)
- Attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills
- Have strong analytical skills
- Have empathy and you're passionate about understanding and solving customers' problems
- You’re excited to work in a high-growth environment.
- You are not afraid to take responsibilities
- Knowledge of SaaS

**Salary**: €3.000,00 - €4.000,00 per month
