**Manager Digital Sales Partner & Bus Dev**:

The BtC Sales team is responsible for creating and managing various sales channels for energy supply, services, and installations, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative performance (minimizing complaints, adhering to regulations). Its mission is to offset outgoing contracts (churn) by attracting new customers and contracts.

Luminus is seeking a Manager Digital Sales Partner & Bus Dev to join our BtC sales team and further grow and optimize the sales results via the digital sales partners and through new saleschannels/partnerships.

**Your daily routine**
- You will be responsible for sales performance of our digital partners ( both quantitative and qualitative ) and for driving increased business through new to set up of partnerships and/or saleschannels. In this context, you will play a key role between your partners and internal stakeholders.
- You develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives. You identify key growth areas and opportunities for expanding the company's product or service offerings.
- You proactively seek new partnerships and sales channels through market research and respond to incoming demands.
- You work closely with other departments to align business objectives and strategies. You provide feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes. You identify key areas for partnership expansion and develop initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities.
- You track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. You analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- You develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners. You serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and collaboration opportunities.
- You identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and/or new partners to drive revenue growth. You collaborate with partners to develop joint sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- You provide training, resources, and support to partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell and promote company products or services.
- You monitor partner sales pipelines and forecast accuracy. You track partner performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on partner activity, revenue projections, and market trends.
- You negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and pricing structures with partners. You ensure terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
- You conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the partner ecosystem. You use insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- You serve as the primary point of contact for cross-channel projects and solutions. You facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders.
- You conduct project post-mortems to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and capture best practices for future projects.

**Your profile**
- You hold a master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
- You are bilingual in French and Dutch with excellent knowledge of English.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in sales management and/or project management.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
- You can set up and manage cross-channel projects effectively.
- You are analytical, commercial, and result-oriented.
- You embrace change and drive innovation.
- Your strong written, analytical, and numerical skills set you apart.
- You feel comfortable negotiating with external partners.
- You are a team player with a sales background who thinks creatively and analytically to drive growth both horizontally (across different types of products) and vertically.
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit: you are flexible, motivated, ambitious and you are willing to learn.
- You have commercial expertise combined with strong communication skills.
- You are analytical and adept at working with concepts and processes.
