Within Billtrust Invoicing it is our ambition to provide our customers with global reach. What this means is that we have the capability to deliver their e-invoices to both governmental and business buyers around the globe. In order to realize this ambition we are constantly expanding our own proprietary connections to accounts payable platforms and invoicing networks. We would like to further accelerate this effort by building out our network of third party service providers. These third party providers act as an extension of our invoicing solution and provide last-mile deliveries to buyers in geographic areas that are otherwise hard to reach because of regulatory and or other local market conditions.

As a Manager Interoperability Network is it your responsibility to identify, contract, set-up and manage our relationships with these third party providers. You will become part of the invoicing product team and you will work alongside a product owner who will take care of all the technical aspects of this third party network. It is your role to build and maintain the personal relationships, negotiate contracts and legal terms, establish solid governance frameworks to ensure our partners act as dedicated to our customers as we are.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with a global network of potential partners that can help drive the success of Billtrust Invoicing
- Monitor and report-out on technical or regulatory developments that impact our end-to-end solution
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with new partners
- Manage the onboarding process of new partners from a legal and compliance perspective
- Establish and maintain a solid governance structure with third parties
- Monitor the operational performance of third party partners, based on service level agreements
- Help coordinate joint marketing and sales activities with our third party provider to drive awareness in the market

**What You'll Bring to the Team**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree, 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience setting up and managing successful partnerships, preferably within the software or telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in an international environment across different time zones
- Ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions without compromising personal relationships
- Ability to defuse escalated situations and course correct partnerships when necessary
- A get-things-done attitude
