**Wat houdt de functie in?**:
Wat ga je doen als **Compensations and Benefits Specialist**?
- Ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van een effectief belonings
- en voordelenprogramma dat aansluit bij de behoeften van onze organisatie en medewerkers.
- Voeren van marktonderzoek en analyse om de concurrentiepositie van ons beloningspakket en voordelen te bepalen en aanbevelingen te doen voor verbetering.
- Beheren van salarisstructuren, bonusprogramma's en andere compensatieregelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze eerlijk, consistent en concurrerend zijn.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van beleid en procedures met betrekking tot compensatie, voordelen en arbeidsvoorwaarden (policy’s, bonus
- en warrantenplan).
- Communiceren met medewerkers over hun compensatie
- en voordelenpakket, inclusief het verstrekken van informatie, beantwoorden van vragen en bieden van ondersteuning.
- Zorgen voor naleving van relevante wet
- en regelgeving op het gebied van arbeidswetgeving, belastingen en andere gerelateerde gebieden.
- Verantwoordelijk voor kwalitatieve rapportering en samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat (dienstverlening en facturatie).
- Deelnemen aan diverse HR projecten waaronder het optimaliseren van payrollprocessen.
- Samenwerken met HR, management en andere belanghebbenden om de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie te ondersteunen en te bevorderen.

- Daarnaast heb je boven op je standaard verlof 12 ADV dagen per jaar.

- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde, Financiën of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in compensatie
- en voordelenmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen een vergelijkbare sector of organisatie.
- Diepgaande kennis van beloningspraktijken, voordelenregelingen en arbeidswetgeving.
- Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om gegevens te interpreteren en aanbevelingen te doen.
- Sterke communicatie
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met diverse belanghebbenden.
- Proactieve houding, nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor detail.
- Teamspeler met het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.-
