**Le President Brussels Hotel est un établissement 4* qui compte 296 chambres, 20 salles de réunion et un jardin privé unique de 3000m². Il bénéficie également d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit, d'un restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner, d'une brasserie méditerranéenne de 150 couverts avec une terrasse. Cet hôtel accueille les clients depuis 1983. L'établissement a rouvert ses portes en avril 2019 sous la gestion d'Everland. L'hôtel est facilement accessible par les transports en commun car il est situé à 500m de la gare du Nord avec des connexions internationales, un train direct de/vers l'aéroport et un arrêt de métro/tramway allant directement au centre-ville. En voiture, l'hôtel est à 20 minutes de l'aéroport et de l'autoroute. Il est également proche de centres de congrès comme Tour & Taxis, Square et Brussels Expo. Actuellement nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Coordinateur Group Meetings & Events (h/f/x)**

Le/La Coordinateur(trice) travaille dans le département commercial de l'hôtel et dépend du Responsable Commercial. Il doit traiter rapidement toutes les demandes des clients et s'assurer de la bonne transmission des informations aux différents départements de l'hôtel. Il doit également faire en sorte de conclure des opportunités commerciales afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux de l'hôtel (budget). Le/La Coordinateur(trice) a pour rôle d'assurer la coordination entre le service conférences & banquets et l'opérationnel.

**Description de la fonction**
- Organiser des rendez-vous clients et mener des visites « site inspections ».
- Envoyer des propositions et contrats (groupes et séminaires)
- Rédiger et envoyer les contrats, après avoir reçu le mail de confirmation.
- Saisir des roomings lists...
- Suivre et rentrer toutes les activités des bookings dans Opera.
- Transmettre feuilles de fonction aux opérations
- Assister aux réunions hebdomadaires Events.
- Maximiser les opportunités de ventes à travers l'upselling.
- Participer à la conclusion des ventes, et en connaitre les implications légales.
- Utiliser les outils électroniques disponibles : Event etc.
- Faire la promotion de l'hôtel pour atteindre les objectifs annuels.
- Développer les ventes et renforcer la relation avec les nouveaux clients et les clients existants.
- Fait un point hebdomadaire sur les contrats (suivi des déposits, retour des contrats signés, etc.)
- Traiter les factures auprès des clients en temps opportun
- Assurer le classement des dossiers.
- Rechercher et améliorer les services à la clientèle.
- Respecter et faire respecter les procédures de l'hôtel incluant celle de sécurité et hygiène
- Partage les informations avec le reste de l'équipe.
- Être en contact permanent avec tous les départements de l'hôtel

**Description du profil**
- Langues : Anglais, français et/ou néerlandais.
- Informatique : connaissance de Microsoft Office, Micros et Opera.
- Apparence soignée et professionnelle
- Service client de haute qualité, souriant et accueillant
- Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et verbale
- Organisé et une grande attention aux détails
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes et à prendre des initiatives
- Esprit d'équipe, convivial
- Capacité à rester calme et poli sous pression
- Flexibilité quant aux tâches et à l'horaire
