At **Hilton Brussels Grand Place,** we’re looking for a motivated **Groups & Events Coordinator** to play a key role in shaping our Groups & Events (G&E) strategy and ensuring our clients have an experience to remember
**What you'll be doing**
- **Strategic Coordination**: Work closely with the Director of Sales to execute our G&E and Group strategy, keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor activities, and demand periods.
- **Client Engagement**: Proactively manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and Group accounts, converting leads into successful events that drive repeat business.
- **Event Planning Excellence**: Ensure all inquiries are handled swiftly and effectively, delivering tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with our Revenue Management Center to optimize rates and maximize booking conversions, while working together with the sales and operations teams.
- **Innovative Thinking**: Contribute creative ideas to our Meetings Product Development, ensuring our offerings stand out in the market.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay ahead by analysing historical data, current bookings, and competitor products to continuously refine our approach.
- **Client Relations**: Support sales activities including site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarization events, all designed to showcase our exceptional service.

- **Language Skills**: You speak fluently **English** and **French** to communicate with our international clientele with ease. If you speak **Dutch** that’s even better
