**Contexte of the need**:
- The John Cockerill Group develops large-scale technological solutions to meet the needs of our time: preserving natural resources, contributing to greener mobility, sustainable production, combating insecurity and facilitating access to renewable energy. Its offer to companies, governments and local authorities takes the form of services and associated equipment for the energy, defense, industry, environment, transport and infrastructure sectors. Driven since 1817 by the entrepreneurial spirit and thirst for innovation of their founder, the Group's 6,000 employees enabled it to achieve sales of 1.3 billion euros in 23 countries on 5 continents in 2018._
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
As part of the John Cockerill Group's ICT team, your role will be to manage and develop global enterprise solutions to actively support all the internal processes of our various business lines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the strategic direction and execution of major projects, including the migration to S4H.
- Delivering projects relating to the Enterprise Applications perimeter, from needs analysis to deployment support, including validation of technological choices, technical design, production and testing
- Ensuring the internal promotion of the solutions available
- Ensuring the day-to-day management and development of the solutions in place.
- Supervising existing teams and developing the talents entrusted to them
- Supporting our multi-hub strategy by building a strong team in India to complete our Belgian resources
- Identifying the necessary partnerships and implementing them - in particular to support a global roadmap that will involve moving towards SAP S/4 Hana;
- Managing the budget.
**Qualifications**:
**Prerequisites**
- Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams across multiple locations;
- Experience with S4H migration projects should be an asset;
- Experience in project management;
- Working level in French and English;

- In addition to your technical skills, you will have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong leadership skills;
- You will have good organizational skills, be able to analyze and summarize, be able to work independently and have very good writing skills;
