Wat je zal doen

Deze senior HR projectleider is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van volgende twee projecten:
Intern taalbeleid: het interne taalbeleid voor ons agentschap vormgeven met als doelstellingen:

- Voor het aanwervingsbeleid zijn er voor kandidaten voor de eerstelijnsfuncties taalprofielen bepaald.
- Een taalcoachingstraject is uitgewerkt voor de medewerkers wiens Nederlands nog niet op niveau is.

Leiderschap: Het leiderschap in AgII versterken door een geïntegreerd project rond leiderschap vorm te geven, met als voornaamste accenten:

- Verdere analyse van de basisvoorwaarden en een actieplan ontwikkelen om de leiderschapsrollen beter te kunnen opnemen
- Uitbouwen van een leiderschapscommunity waarbij leidinggevenden op alle niveaus meer met elkaar in dialoog kunnen gaan (zowel fysiek als digitaal)
- Het verder uitbouwen voor communicatiekanalen met leidinggevenden (ism dienst communicatie)
- Coördineren van het opnemen, versterken en verankeren van leiderschap in alle HR-processen (met ondersteuning van de HR-partners), bvb.
- Uniformiseren en optimaliseren van de rekrutering en selectie van leidinggevenden conform de leiderschapsrollen
- Een onboardingtraject voor startende leidinggevenden uitwerken
- Opvolgen van het lopende leiderschapstraject, mee evalueren en ver-volgstappen uittekenen (ism leren en ontwikkelen)
- Opvolging van de bevraging rond psychosociaal welzijn specifiek voor leidinggevenden en mee acties uittekenen om het psychosociaal

welzijn te optimaliseren (ism HR-partner welzijn)

De senior HR projectleider zal werken in de afdeling HR bestaande uit een HR-directeur, een diensthoofd HR, een diensthoofd Leren en Ondersteunen (L&O), een partner welzijn, HR- en L&O-partners en administratieve krachten.

Het gaat om een tijdelijke versterking van de HR-afdeling voor het uitvoeren van een aantal projecten.

De projectleider rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR-directeur.
Wie we zoeken
- Hogere opleiding Masterdiploma
- Aantoonbare ervaring als HR Expert
- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen algemene HR domeinen
- Aantoonbare ervaring met change management
- Aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement
- Aantoonbare ervaring met stakeholdersmanagement
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het thema leiderschap
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het thema (intern) taalbeleid
- Aantoonbare ervaring in glinkte organisaties
- Kennis van MS Office
- Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie
- C2 niveau Nederlandstalig
