**Job Description Summary**: As part of the France-BeNeLux HR team, you will support the leaders of several client group in Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands and Denmark, by leading and managing the HR agenda, to further enable the long-term business strategy. You will also lead, coordinate and execute key HR initiatives, aimed to improve culture, people engagement and business performance.

You will also be the HR representant for Belgium and as such will interact with the Works Council and will ensure that the country is compliant on all HR related matters.

The future incumbent is working in a hybrid working model (3 days office in Diegem (BE) and 2 -3 days home-office).

**Your responsibilities**:

- You are the first point of contact for a group of ~300 employees & managers based in the before mentioned countries cross functions and you provide leadership, coaching, HR expertise and support for individual employee needs & HR processes
- You are a trusted advisor for the local leadership team in order to prepare or implement business decisions at a regional level
- You work in trustful interaction with the local works councils as appropriate
- You will act as the HR Partner for the business around topics like organizational development, performance management, career development, training and other HR related topics. You will be collaborating with the HR Solutions groups like People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Labor relations

**That is you**:

- You have a passion for people and like to be in a role where this is the biggest asset
- Based on a bachelors degree in an HR related discipline or similar you have gained a profound experience in an HR Partner role in the industrial/manufacturing environment, ideally in a matrix organization
- You have a good understanding in labor law in Belgium and its practical requirements for employers in the region
- You are able to prioritize and bring a strong operational rigor
- You are strong in working autonomously as well as in cooperating and communication with others and love to be part of a larger EMEA team contributing directly to the business success
- A business and customer oriented mindset - that sounds like you
- You are safe and savvy working with the MS Office Suite and have gained experience in state of the art HCM tools (e.g. SAP Success Factors or Workday)
- You speak and write Dutch, English and French fluently
