**What You’ll Do**
- General warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing and shipping, and inventory activities including cycle count. All tasks related to warehouse maintenance in compliance with the existing QS procedures and according to all the applicable guidelines (including ISO 13485-14001): inbound activities, outbound shipments, maintaining the warehouse, etc. All transactions and activities are updated in the related computer systems.
**Main Responsibilities**
- General warehouse activities including receiving, visual inspection, put-away, replenishment, picking, labeling, packaging and shipping. All transactions and activities will be updated in the related computer systems.
- Executing all warehouse tasks according to the existing QS procedures and work instructions. In case of doubt, contact the Team Leader or delegate.
- High quality and customer service awareness.
- Eye for detail, focus on efficiency, accuracy and consistency of execution.
- In all transactions, work with accuracy regarding traceability of batch numbers and serial numbers.
- Perform daily Cycle Counts and full Cycle Counts in compliance with the applicable SOPs.
- Move goods received to a warehouse location in compliance with the applicable SOPs. Update the SAP system accordingly.
- Prepare packing boxes to be ready for shipping activities.
- Preparation and execution of all shipments leaving the warehouse, optimizing packaging as much as possible and labeling the goods, using forwarders software when applicable.
- Arrange emergency shipments in collaboration with the Operations Planning team.
- Problem solving with the help of available instructions.
- General warehouse maintenance in compliance with the existing QS procedures: take all the necessary actions during the daily operations to keep the warehouse clean.
- Ensuring work environment is kept clean and safe and that equipment used is maintained in good condition and can be operated safely.
- Actively participate and deliver input in team meetings.
- Active participation to the general operation functions by accomplishing tasks with pro-activity and team spirit
