Volvo Car Belux and our Business & Retailer Development team in Brussels is looking for a Competence Development Support. This is a starter’s position, and we are looking for you who have recently graduated and is looking to kick-start your career in a diverse, international company So, if this sounds like something for you, keep reading
**What you’ll get to do**
In this role with us at Competence Development, you will be the one who ensures a smooth administrative processing of all trainings we offer to all Volvo retailer and Volvo Car Belux staff. You will be the central point of contact for all participants and trainers regarding the planning, registrations, organsation and invoicing. At the same time, you will have an advisor’s and supporting role towards the Volvo retailers.
You realise that organising training goes beyond mere attendance; it also helps to achieve our business objectives. This implies that you help maximise internal and external participation and can work across departments.
The learning platform will have no secrets to you, you own it. This also means you can organise trainings for those who have less knowledge about the system.
Together with the Competence Development manager, you will also manage the training budget and process the SME-portfolio (KMO-portefeuille).
On top of that, you like to roll up your sleeves and help organise larger events to make them a success.
**Are we a match?**
To be a fit for this position you have a bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, Communication, HR, Psychology, or similar field.
You are very service minded, enthusiastic and like to be part of a progressive team that is always looking to do better tomorrow. You therefore like to think "out of the box"
