To strengthen our new Gene Therapy (GT) CMC Department, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of **:GT **Project Coordination Lead**.

As GT CMC Project Coordination Lead, your **main responsibilities** will be on:
**Setting Project Planning Baseline**

Drive_ the integration of our Gene Therapy CMC Sciences capacity and capability build though effective project coordination. You will more precisely support the Head of Gene Therapy CMC Sciences and the integration workstream leaders with the planning, execution and monitoring/controlling of projects to successfully realize the integration of our capacity and capability build into our systems, processes, organizations, technologies (platforms, sciences, information and digitalization technologies).

Partner_ with the Head of Gene Therapy CMC Sciences and the integration workstream leaders who have responsibility for integration project and workstream leadership and transversal Gene Therapy CMC projects.
**Project Coordination**

Establish_ processes and systems that can help workstream leaders communicate and collaborate with each other. The goal is to track status updates, capture meeting minutes, capture roles and responsibilities definitions and lessons learned, keep up to date actions and decisions logs and manage workflows seamlessly so teams can focus on actual execution.

Facilitate_ the definition of the workstreams respective integration plans and generate one aligned plan. You will help prepare RACIS thus facilitating clarity on the inter-connections across workstreams and projects that the GT CMC Sciences capabilities and capacities need to deliver to.
**Communication Plan**

Prepare_ communication templates and deliver regular communication documents.

This function implies close relationships within the Gene Therapy CMC Sciences Leadership Team and main stakeholders (Facilities, Quality, IT, Clinical Trial Supply, External Manufacturing ) within the Patient Value Unit (PVU) to ensure alignment with technical satellite team project plans and capacity build projects.

**Performance Tracking & Forecasting**

Establish_ and maintain up to date the overall plan, track execution and deliver reports/dashboards using key performance indicators (KPI’s) to monitor project health and forecast trends crucial to take corrective actions.
**Risk Management Support**

Set up_ the RAID (risk, action, issues, decision) log, documenting risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies and you will track risk factor changes in the risk register.
**Interested? **For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Project Coordination/similar role, ideally within the Pharmaceutical industry, in Research and/or Development/CMC settings. Including working with global, multi-cultural, diverse teams, with demanding timelines and complex deliverables.
- Experience with MS Project or Planisware systems is strongly preferred.
- Any certification in Project Management (e.g. Prince 2, PMP, Agile, ) would be highly appreciated.
- Very good command in spoken and written English (& French) is a must.
Partnering with leadership and integration workstream leaders/teams to establish a safe, collaborative environment for effective project communications and manages change by motivating towards common goals.
Employing the right methods and frameworks to inform timely, quality decision-making, avoiding confirmation bias.
- Building, maintaining and tracking progress against consolidated global program and project plans and schedules including resource allocation, budgeting and overall milestones, integrating other plans as required (e.g. functional plans).
- Helping to proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks while exploring and maximizing opportunities during the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring quality measurements and identifies opportunities for improvement to support project/governance reviews.
