**Responsibilities**:
You will define the Workplace-as-a-Service (Workplace Outsourcing) strategy towards Enterprise customers.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

- Review and adapt the strategy and approach to bring Workplace as a Service towards Enterprise customers
- Create an operational plan to reach the business benefits foreseen in the 5Y plan
- Liaise with the sales community, in order to define prospects, and support them to win deals.
- Ensure needed support from internal teams to deliver the needed building blocks
- Present the strategy to top management, sales and customers to create awareness, believe and win deals
- Work with colleagues and product management to ensure consistency between departments
- Setup/maintain the needed partnerships to complement internal skills and competences.

Profile

Who are we looking for:

- You have excellent communication & presentation skills, towards customers, top-management and sales
- You can work in an autonomous way, but you are able to work in team as well
- You get things done in a large enterprise with many stakeholders
- You have solid experience from a large enterprise in deploying a Workplace-as-a-Service or outsourcing strategy
- You have sound knowledge of the Belgian B2B market and landscape
- Good knowledge of English and French or Dutch (written and oral)
