**Expectations and deliverables**:
Our client is looking for support on SOX and Data Quality to assist with the coordination, execution and documentation on SOX controls, data quality checks, and day-to-day run activities within Peoplesoft HCM.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the recurring SOX controls, including liaising between business and risk management to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Performing data quality checks on benefits data before they enter the Peoplesoft HCM system, using PowerBI & Excel.
- Supporting 2 senior specialists with day-to-day operational activities and incident management in Peoplesoft HCM.
**Success is based on the following deliverables.**
1) Timely and compliant delivery of recurring SOX Controls
2) High data quality of benefits data in Peoplesoft HCM
3) Timely resolution of Peoplesoft HCM operational activities and incidents.
**Time foreseen**:
Until September 30, 2024, with possible extension up to the end of 2024.
**Skills and knowledge required**:

- Risk Management
**Detailed list of expectations**:
- Experience with Risk and SOX controls (must) - 4 years
- Experience with Peoplesoft (must) - 5 years
- Experience with HRIS systems in general - 5 years
- Experience with Data Quality (must) - junior
- Experience with banking sector is a plus
- Good communicator, can work in a team, can work in an environment in continuous change, attention to detail.
Tooling
- Experience with Peoplesoft HCM (must) Experience with PowerBI (nice to have)
**Languages**:
- EN must NL and FR are a plus.
