Als LOVE bank streeft Belfius ernaar om de ervaringen & tevredenheid van haar klanten voortdurend te optimaliseren. Om die liefde voor de klant te vertalen in - daaraan sterk gelinkte - operationele efficiëntie en “’excellence”, wordt een transversaal ‘Love & Efficiency’ programma & team opgezet. Dit team zal managers & hun teams actief ondersteunen in de aanpak van projecten met een duidelijke klanten
- & business-frictie en sterk verbeterpotentieel op korte termijn, telkens gedurende 3 à 6 maanden.
Ter versterking van het ‘Love & Efficiency’ team, is Belfius op zoek naar ‘Love & Efficiency’ Project Managers die mee hun schouders zullen zetten onder die verbetertrajecten.
**De job in een notendop**
Als Project Manager binnen het ‘Love & Efficiency’ -team zal je mee de leiding nemen over de aansturing, coördinatie & opvolging van diverse projecten met duidelijke impact op de klant & onze business. Je zal mee fungeren als “sparring partner” voor managers & hun teams en daarbij:
- De co-lead nemen in verschillende verbeteringsprojecten, steeds in tandem met de verantwoordelijke manager(s) & hun teams.
- Onderliggende oorzaken identificeren, verbeteringsvoorstellen & actieplannen formuleren en waar nodig processen & procedures herschrijven (daarbij gebruikmakend van door externe experten aangereikte tools & methodologische kaders).
- Meetings/workshops organiseren & begeleiden en de output ervan vertalen naar concrete oplossingen.
- Waar nodig managers 1-1 coachen, ter bevordering van een continue klantgerichte & ‘Operational Excellence’ mindset.
- De nodige ondersteunende documentatie & rapporten opstellen.
- Verbeteringen tracken & rapporteren, steeds afgezet tegen vooraf opgestelde KPI’s.
- Een ware ‘Love in Action’ ambassadeur worden die ‘lessons learned’ op continue basis binnen de bank deelt.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- Je bent sterk klantgericht: voor jou komt de klant altijd op de eerste plaats.
- Je bent een ervaren Project Manager (min. 5 jaar werkervaring) met kennis van de relevante methoden inzake Project Management / Change Management / Procesoptimalisatie (bv. PRINCE II, Scrum, Lean Management, enz.).
- Je hebt een sterk analytische geest, werkt efficiënt, gestructureerd & oplossingsgericht en hebt een sterke zin voor synthese.
- Je neemt graag initiatief, houdt van een stevige portie uitdaging en staat open voor verandering & vernieuwing.
- Je bent pragmatisch & flexibel ingesteld.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en stelt alles in het werk om samen met het ‘Love & Efficiency’ team gezamenlijke targets te halen.
- Je houdt van en hebt ervaring in stakeholder management & storytelling.
- Je hebt sterke schriftelijke (FR/NL/EN) & mondelinge (FR/NL) communicatieve skills.
- Een goede kennis van het bankwezen.
