Eurofins Digital Agency is a consultancy firm providing Eurofins network of companies across all geographies and all business lines with digital marketing services, from strategic counselling to campaign management or creative design.

**Job Description**:
The Digital Marketing Account Management Team Lead is responsible for developing the business activity of the Agency: selling projects to new clients, growing existing accounts, organizing & optimizing team staffing, monitoring quality of execution and ensuring client satisfaction.

Main responsibilities include:

- Leading business development activities,
- Advise clients on best practices to capture business opportunities (i.e.: online marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase conversion rates; SEO strategies to increase clients’ visibility: etc.),
- Communicating client requirements to analysts, copywriters, developers and/or designers,
- Handling proposals management flow,
- Optimizing team staffing and maximize profitability,
- Coordinating all responsible parties to ensure on-time & on-budget deliverables,
- Overseeing all the activities for a given account to ensure client expectations are met,
- Integrating and analyzing data from all forms to provide insights and show ROI achieved.

**Qualifications**:

- Commercial mindset, business acumen
- Proven track record in digital marketing account management. Experience in managing a team and agency experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with developing SEO/SEM strategies
- Experience in developing and optimizing landing pages and/or microsites. Strong understanding of UX.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactivity and autonomy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German or any other European language is a plus
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Microsoft Office product suite
