The Expansion Junior Revenue Manager plays a key role in driving AB InBev’s top-line growth by supporting the implementation of commercial strategies across our Expansion markets. This role ensures we capitalize on market opportunities through strategic pricing architecture, effective execution of price changes, and optimizing brand, pack, channel, and customer mix. By leveraging pricing insights, elasticity analysis, and competitor dynamics, the Junior Revenue Manager helps maximize profitability and margin contribution, providing critical visibility and support to the Commercial Leadership team.

The role:

- Competitor Analytics: Analyze competitor pricing strategies and behaviors to identify opportunities and risks for AB InBev, considering historical trends, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives.
- Customer and Channel Insights: Assess customer strategies and channel shifts (e.g., On-Trade vs. Off-Trade) to align AB InBev’s strategy with market trends and growth opportunities.
- Consumer Preferences: Collaborate with Trade Marketing to track consumer preferences and macroeconomic impacts (e.g., inflation, employment) on purchasing behaviors across categories.
- Pricing Architecture: Work with Brand Managers to review and align brand pricing architecture with regional strategies, ensuring optimal price positioning.
- Pricing Diagnostics and Monitoring: Develop regional and country-level pricing diagnostics, providing visibility into Price to Consumer (PTC) movements and competitive actions to inform pricing plans.
- Promotion Strategy: Lead statistical analyses to define effective promotion guidelines, balancing depth, frequency, and allocation across brands, packs, channels, and regions to enhance ROI.
- Revenue Optimization: Analyze pack performance to optimize product ranges, improve pack-price curves, and align with consumer willingness to pay and brand strategies.
- Sales Support and Training: Collaborate with Sales Teams to plan and execute price changes, providing training on timing, communication, and customer value quantification.
- Performance Tracking: Implement and utilize tracking tools to monitor key metrics (e.g., NR/Hl, mix contribution) and provide actionable insights to influence strategic pricing and promotional agendas.

Who we’re looking for:

- Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools, elasticity modeling (cross-price and category), and their implications for pricing strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights; Green Belt certification or plans for certification within a year is an advantage.
- Expertise in performance analysis, trade marketing, and sales with the ability to align strategies across departments.
- In-depth knowledge of the business landscape and market dynamics; capable of acting as a strategic business partner.
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to challenge senior commercial managers constructively.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for superior performance and results.
- Comfortable working in teams and contributing to shared goals in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills to engage across diverse teams and stakeholders.
