The Senior Revenue Manager plays a pivotal role in driving AB InBev’s top-line growth by developing and executing strategic revenue management initiatives across multiple sales channels and markets. Collaborating closely with Sales Directors and Country Managers, this role ensures a clear and effective pricing architecture, leveraging brand positioning, pack opportunities, and price changes to maximize growth. Covering diverse markets including Switzerland, Austria, and the Nordics, the Senior Revenue Manager will tackle dynamic challenges, optimize strategies for 13 key channels, and partner with distributors like Anora. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to shape business performance in a fast-paced, strategic environment while building strong relationships with senior commercial leaders.

The role:
- Develop Channel Pricing Strategies: Create channel-specific pricing strategies aligned with brand and country goals, integrated into the 1-Year Planning process.- Industry and Competitor Analysis: Analyze beverage industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and margin pools to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities.- Portfolio Optimization: Identify gaps and overlaps in the portfolio to refine pricing architecture and align with market needs.- Pricing and Promotion Guidelines: Establish and communicate pricing and promotion frameworks to the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and growth opportunities.- Elasticity Analysis: Utilize pricing elasticity studies and other analytical methods to assess and optimize pricing strategies' impact on performance.- Price Change Execution: Oversee the PINC Planning process, supporting the Sales Team in executing price changes within established guidelines and legal frameworks.- Performance Tracking: Implement processes to monitor key performance metrics (e.g., NR/HL, MACO/HL) and evaluate pricing strategies' effectiveness against targets.- Promotional and Customer Behavior Review: Continuously analyze pricing and promotional actions by customers to refine strategies and ensure alignment with objectives.- Margin Pool Monitoring: Track the evolution of margin pools to identify and capitalize on opportunities for enhanced profitability.

Who we’re looking for:
- University degree in Applied Economics, Applied Statistics, or related fields; a Master's degree is an advantage.- Proven experience in Commercial Finance, Account Management, or Trade Marketing within multicultural environments; prior roles in Senior Revenue Management, Sales, or Market Insights are highly relevant.-
- Comprehensive understanding of Trade Marketing and Sales principles, with the ability to align strategies across these functions.- Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level to manage complex data analysis and reporting.- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to challenge senior commercial leaders constructively and drive strategic initiatives.- A self-starter with a strong drive for superior performance and results, coupled with a deep understanding of the business and market dynamics.- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a shared commitment to achieving goals.- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
