Door het internationale succes en de toenemende vraag van onze klant zoeken we een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde **Customer Success Coach.**
Een boeiende en afwisselende job waarbij je het centrale aanspreekpunt bent voor jouw klanten over digitaal leren en digitale transformatie binnen L&D. Een uitdagende functie en een geweldige opportuniteit om je vaardigheden als project
- en People manager verder te ontwikkelen.
**Jouw rol**
- Begeleid je klanten individueel of in groep bij hun L&D vraagstukken of bij een specifiek digitaal project.
- Die begeleiding doe je niet alleen binnen hun innovatieve tool maar gaat ook over hoe e-Learning binnen de organisatie van de klant kan geïntegreerd worden.
- Coördineer je de set-up van de tool bij de opstart van nieuwe klanten en coördineer je de implementatie van nieuwe activiteiten binnen bestaande omgevingen.
- Bied je operationele ondersteuning.
- Denk je proactief mee en informeer je het salesteam over opportuniteiten.
**Vaardigheden**:
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Relevante ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de bedrijfswereld.
- Bij voorkeur al enige ervaring met e-Learning.
- Affiniteit met IT-systemen (Saas-oplossing) en kennis van didactische aspecten.
- Ervaring met gebruikersbeheer en rapportage in leerplatformen of HR-systemen.
- Een positieve mindset. Geen enkele vraag (makkelijk of moeilijk) ga je uit de weg. Van klanten helpen word je blij.
- Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, een commercieel inzicht en een gezonde dosis assertiviteit.
- Een creatieve geest met duidelijk inventieve ideeën, ook op visueel vlak.
- Handen die jeuken en die je met plezier uit de mouwen steekt.
- Op efficiënte wijze doelen en prioriteiten stellen. Daarbij verlies je de beoogde tijd, acties, middelen en mensen niet uit het oog.

- Spreek en schrijf je foutloos Nederlands en kan je je aardig uit de slag trekken in het Frans. Ook workshops geven voor een groep in het Frans schrikt je niet af.
- Kan je jezelf niet enkel perfect als Customer Success Coach positioneren, maar kan je evengoed pitchen dankzij jouw commerciële flair/talent en dat zowel in het Nederlands als in Frans
