Le Service public fédéral Stratégie et Appui (SPF BOSA) soutient la stratégie du Politique et l’Administration publique fédérale dans différents domaines tels que la transformation digitale, les ressources humaines, le budget, la comptabilité et les marchés publics.

Pour réaliser ses missions, le SPF BOSA s’appuie sur plusieurs solutions de gestion informatisées dont il extrait et valorise les données pour offrir une aide à la décision aux parties-prenantes.

**Description de fonction**

En tant que IT Project Manager vous serez chargé de la gestion et du suivi des différents projets de la direction générale

Vous êtes responsable de la planification et du suivi autonomes du budget, des ressources, de la planification du projet, du scope, des objectifs et des résultats à atteindre. En tant que IT Project Manager, vous assurez toujours le lien avec toutes les parties prenantes.

Responsabilités:

- Responsable du project delivery et de la direction des activités du personnel du projet.
- Établir le(s) planning(s) du projet, suivre l'avancement et gérer les risques et les problèmes liés au projet.
- Assurer le reporting du projet en termes de scope, de calendrier et de budget (utilisation des ressources).
- Motiver et contrôler vos employés
- Gestion des contrats

**Description du profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master
- Vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire.

Compétences techniques
- Compétences en gestion de projet, avec une connaissance des techniques et méthodologies de gestion de projet (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) et une compréhension de l'analyse des processus et de la gestion des services.
- Familiarité et/ou expérience, ou volonté de l'acquérir, avec les systèmes ERP (PeopleSoft HCM de préférence, SAP HR dans une moindre mesure).
- Idéalement familier avec les processus et les procédures au sein du gouvernement
- Orienté client et partisan d'une prestation de services de qualité
- L'expérience d'un ou plusieurs projets en matière de Data Warehouse est un atout.

Compétences comportementales
- Vous êtes un bon communicateur
- Vous êtes un bon organisateur et un initiateur avec une attitude proactive (vous travaillez de manière méthodique et orientée processus dans chaque mission)
- Vous êtes néerlandophone ou francophone et vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue nationale.
