For the MES Program Manager we are looking for someone who can add value with the following skills and experience:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Coordinate and schedule internal resource activities for Project Execution
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure and Report project performance to internal project sponsors and client stakeholders
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Create and publish high level integrated master schedules in accordance with the requirements or needs of the necessary stakeholders.
- Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
- Perform project progress monitoring duties, as well as identifying critical activities, and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
