**Work environment**:
You will join the HR department of Tractebel Group and will act as a partner for the countries Belgium, France & Germany.
As a key operational player, you will manage a team of Talent Acquisition and sourcing Officers (8 people in Europe, 20 in total worldwide).
Your first challenge will be to reinsure your stakeholders (management at different levels) that we are able to deliver a professional, qualitative and timeline service.
**Mission**:
You will be responsible for:
- Fixing the proper organization, KPIs and processes, implementing appropriate recruitment tactics, root cause analysis and areas for improvement and strong strategy.
- Providing close support to your team of recruiters: training, monitoring, coaching and making them successful as well as to propose adjustments where needed.
- Animating and putting in place the proper action plan and develop new approaches with regards to:
- Recruitment of engineers
- Employer branding, school relations, organization of recruitment events
- Retention efficiency.
- Acting as a Business Partner and working strategically in tandem with:
- CHRO to whom you report;
- The people in charge of the task force dedicated to recruitment.
- Having regular exchanges with managers and operational directors to well understand and challenge the needs, deliver the proper service and build trust.
**Profile**:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in the recruitment with international experience
- You know how to attract and the different channels in Europe.
- You have a good knowledge in Engineering profiles.
- You have already managed a team of recruiters and structured processes, methodology and scorecards.
- You can act as a self-starter.
- You are passionate about Talent Acquisition.
- You have strong communication skills and are diplomatic,
- You are recognized as a trusted advisor and source of information: you are able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- You are a true leader and organizer. You anticipate volumes and actions, you demonstrate efficiency of your team and your processes.
- With a proven ability to focus on delivery in a context of organizational change and support for transformation, you are a driving force and are driven by a strong results-oriented culture.
- You are able to perform with little means, you are conscious about the costs. You are result and client oriented.
- You have a digital mindset.
- You are fluent in English and good command of French and/or Dutch is a surplus
