**Fonction**

En tant qu’Analyste Fusion & Acquisition, vous aurez l'occasion de participer activement à différentes phases du processus de vente ou d'acquisition d'une entreprise. Cette fonction polyvalente vous permettra de découvrir des secteurs d'activités variés, d'être en contact avec les décideurs d'entreprise et de faire valoir votre sens analytique et critique.

Voici une liste non-exhaustive des tâches que vous réaliserez:

- Réalisation de diagnostics transmission : compréhension du business de la société cible, analyse des comptes historiques et challenge du plan d’affaires. Vous faites les liens et interprétez vous-même les chiffres ;
- Recherche d'informations relatives au secteur d'activité des entreprises, à leur marché, pour compléter l’analyse ;
- Création de dossiers de présentation (PowerPoint) des entreprises comprenant des graphiques, tableaux, analyses, conclusions afin de fournir l’information la plus claire, pragmatique mais complète aux lecteurs ;
- Défense des dossiers auprès des clients et ensuite, auprès de potentiels acquéreurs pour les dossiers de vente ;
- Prospection de potentiels vendeurs ou acquéreurs afin de leur proposer les opportunités.

Le respect de la confidentialité des dossiers est de mise. Cette fonction vous permettra de vous investir tout au long des missions en fonction de votre expertise et de votre apprentissage.

**Et si c'était vous ?**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier et/ou d'un master à orientation gestion financière, économique ou légale ;
- Vous disposez de minimum 2 ans d'expérience (conseil, audit, comptabilité, fiscalité, finance, droit, ou autre);
- Vous avez un niveau B2 en anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais ou de l'allemand est un plus ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec la Suite Office (Word, Outlook) et maitrisez particulièrement Excel et PowerPoint ;
- Votre orthographe est impeccable ;
- Vous avez de l’appétence pour le monde économique au sens large et vous vous intéressez à l'actualité micro et macro-économique ;
- Vous êtes une personne méticuleuse qui apprécie le travail bien fait ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans la présentation de dossiers auprès de clients et êtes doté-e d’un sens commercial.

Votre professionnalisme, votre autonomie et votre convivialité seront des atouts pour ce poste.
